Personalized Eye Care Services

From eye exams and contact lens fittings, our optometrists provide comprehensive eye care to patients of all ages. We also manage a range of conditions such as eye infections, glaucoma, macular degeneration, dry eye and the diabetic eye.

Comprehensive Eye Exams

Remember, comprehensive eye examinations are covered by Alberta Health Services for those 18 years of age and under, as well as for those 65 years of age or older.

Eye health conditions, such as infections and foreign bodies, as well as other conditions including eye health assessments regarding diabetes are usually covered by Alberta Health Services for Albertans of all ages.

  • Pediatric Eye Exams

    Early identification of a child’s vision problem is crucial. That’s why the Canadian Association of Optometrists recommend that a child’s first eye exam should be at 6 months of age. However, it’s never too late to have your first exam.

    Eye See…Eye Learn ® is a special vision program funded by Alberta Education, partnered with the Alberta Association of Optometrists, to ensure that vision and/or ocular health problems do not interfere with your child’s learning potential.
  • Treatment of Eye Diseases

    Did you know that your optometrist can treat eye disease, such as red pink and sore eyes, and can manage chronic eye conditions, including problems related to diabetes?

  • Eye Emergencies

    Eye injuries and emergencies range from the very minor such as getting soap in your eye, to the catastrophic such as chemical exposures, lacerations, or sudden loss of vision, which could result in permanent loss of vision. Find out when to seek immediate medical care.
